How We Pull it Together
Quantum Benefits will help you every step of the way. Well consult
with you on designing the right plan for your needs, work with you to
complete your enrollment, and provide ongoing service that will surpass
your expectations. Our objective is to deliver value to our clients and
simplify the process.
The product lifecycle can be divided into three distinct segments: Pre-Sale
Communication; Sales & Enrollment; Administration & Service.
Pre-Sale Communications
The greatest marketing challenge today in the sale of LTCI is bridging
the education gap for the consumer, in this case, employee. It is critical
that employees are the beneficiaries of advanced communication, messages
in multiple mediums delivered prior to enrollment opportunities. Through
education employees will begin to move down the product continuum, enhancing
their awareness and becoming more prepared consumers.
The key factor is working with the Group Benefits Administrator to develop
a customized marketing plan for employees, which will be based on specific
client demographics, geography and other variables specific to that group.
Quantum has created a broad array of collateral and messages to work with
employers in communicating the features and benefits of LTCI.

Sales & Enrollment
A successful group enrollment for LTCI begins with pre-sale communications;
however, the ability to execute on personalized communications allows
for the greatest education, and in turn, penetration.
Member Call Center
Employees can access dedicated LTCI analysts
at a Member Call Center. These analysts are available to offer counsel
and guidance on both general and specific issues, from carrier questions
through product information. The call center is open Monday-Friday, 8AM-7PM
EST. The call center has an average speed to answer of 10 seconds, and
a call abandonment rate of less than 1%.
Face-to-Face Personalized Communications
QFP has a vast network
of experienced and professional producers throughout the country to effectively
and efficiently support the most critical phase in the purchase process.
Producers are available to support health fairs, seminars, and of course
the enrollment process.
